Hans Hanegraaf has been the Chairman of Bethmann Bank’s Executive Board since July 2017, and spokesperson since October 2022. As Country Executive, he is also responsible for all of ABN AMRO's business activities in Germany. Hanegraaf has been with ABN AMRO since 1995. Initially, he assumed management responsibilities in the International Corporate Banking Business, including the management of comprehensive financial services for medium-sized companies in Europe, North and South America as well as Asia. He was later entrusted with management positions within ABN AMRO's Private Banking division. From 2014, he was responsible for Asia and the Middle East (Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai) as Country Executive for Singapore and CEO of Private Banking. Hans Hanegraaf was born in the Netherlands in 1965 and lives near Frankfurt with his wife and three children.

Agnes Brelik is Head of Wealth Products Germany on the Executive Board and responsible for Products & Solutions. She has over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry in the areas of financials, processes and change management - including 16 years at ABN AMRO. She started in Controlling in 2006 and held various management positions within ABN AMRO in the following years. Brelik has already been involved in important strategic projects at Bethmann Bank, such as acquisition and change processes and, most recently, in the planning and implementation of the simplification of Bethmann Bank under company law. She studied business administration at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt and earned a Master of Business Administration at FOM University in General Management / Financial Management.

Eric van der Deijl is a member of the Executive Board of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Frankfurt Branch and, as Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for all process and production workflows within Bethmann Bank. His areas of responsibility include IT, information security, business continuity management and operations. Eric van der Deijl studied Computer Science at Leiden University and graduated with a Master of Science in 1996. He has spent a large part of his professional career of more than 20 years within ABN AMRO. Prior to that, he held various positions in project management and consulting. Eric van der Deijl was born in the Netherlands in 1972, is married and has 3 children. He lives with his family near Frankfurt.

Martin Eichstädt-Krug is responsible for the Global Markets and Clearing segments on the Executive Board. Since 2012, he has also been a member of the Executive Board of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Frankfurt Branch, where he is responsible for the bank's German-speaking market. In his professional career at ABN AMRO, which spans more than 10 years, he has held senior positions in credit and risk profiling, product and process management as well as sales strategy issues, among others. Previously, he worked for other companies in the financial sector - most recently at Fortis Bank (Netherlands) N.V. Frankfurt Branch as Sales Director for institutional clients. In addition to another management position at AXA Investment Managers in London, he also brings experience as a securities trader at Bankgesellschaft Berlin AG. After training as a banker, Martin Eichstädt-Krug completed a degree in banking at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Berlin. Eichstädt-Krug was born in Berlin in 1973.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Stefan Meine is responsible for the customer division on the Executive Board. He has been on the Bethmann Bank Executive Board since 2021 and was initially responsible for the Products & Solutions division. One of the focal points of his work as Head of Products & Solutions was the establishment of the new Entrepreneur & Enterprise business unit, which provides comprehensive support to small and medium-sized entrepreneurial clients. Stefan Meine comes from ABN AMRO, where he has successfully built up both Corporate & Institutional Banking and Commercial Banking in Germany as Head of Corporate Banking Germany since the beginning of 2017. He combines his passionate client focus with many years of leadership experience in managing and carrying out initiatives for growth. He previously worked in corporate finance at ABN AMRO from 2001 to 2008. He was also Head of Corporate Finance (DACH region) at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Frankfurt and Managing Director at Rothschild & Co. from 2012 to 2016. Stefan Meine studied economics at Humboldt University in Berlin and holds a degree in business administration from the University of California.

Michael Pleske has been on the Executive Board of Bethmann Bank since 2018 and a permanent representative since 2022. He is responsible for the back office areas Risk Management, Legal, all technical, processing and service units in addition to the Change Organisation. After a bank apprenticeship and initial job placements, he joined ABN AMRO in 1993, holding positions in Credit Risk and Risk Management. From 2008 to 2012, in addition to his role as Chief Risk Officer, he also served as Chief Operating Officer at Bethmann Bank. From 2010, he was responsible for Enterprise Risk Management in the areas of Risk Management, Legal and Compliance. He also held the position of Country Risk Officer responsible for all active business units of ABN AMRO in Germany from 2012. Michael Pleske was born in Berlin in 1965.
